Mat Leckie played 77 minutes as FC Ingolstadt kept their hopes alive to avid relegation in the Bundesliga with a vital win.
Ingolstadt remain second-bottom though, still eight points from safety with ten games left.

In Denmark, Mustafa Amini celebrated his Caltex Socceroos debut by playing the full 90 minutes for Aarhus in their 4-2 win away at Viborg, while Awer Mabil earned a start for Esbjerg and played 72 minutes of their goal-less draw with Randers FC.
