A TV crew is covering a sports event in this photo taken from a North Korean documentary aired on the Korean Central Broadcasting Station on Jan. 27, 2016, that chronicled the country’s feats in sports last year. The 45-minute program apparently reflects the personal interests of the country’s young top leader Kim Jong-un in sports. The North is building sports colleges throughout the country, and in August 2015 opened an all-sports TV channel.
